Later in 2017, United Education Development Limited formally changed its name to United Education Holding Limited. The Untied Education's operations have centred on Hong Kong and Mainland China. United Education Holding Limited is headquartered in the UK. It is responsible for formulating and directing overall group strategy and provides a range of services including recruitment, employment and training of staff for the group and its subsidiaries.

2013, United Education Development Limited founded the Confederation of Vocational and Professional Education Limited, which offers vocational training and career development specifically for British people who want to work in education in China and for Chinese people who want to work in education in Britain. By 2014, United Education Development Limited had entered a joint venture with the David Game College Group and set up a company called David Game School Management Limited for marketing the David Game College Group overseas. In early 2017, United Education Development Limited established Beijing Great United Education and Technology Limited as an operations company in China.
